What is Tai Chi Gung?

 
Tai Chi Gung is a regenerative system of health and longevity developed by Lao Tzu. It combines movement, breathing, and the mind to increase the vital energy, or life force of the body systems.  Master Lama Rasaji is the global spokesperson for the Lamasery in Tibet founded by Lao Tzu over 3,300 years ago and passed down in an unbroken lineage to today’s Lamas at the school in Darchen. Tai Chi’s ‘fluency of movement’ works with the body’s energy systems to draw in chi, or energy. Jill has degrees in naturopathic medicine and holistic dentistry. She has worked and lived in the Sarasota area for 37 years. She is married with 3 children and is excited to share Tai Chi Gung with the world. She feels that Tai Chi Gung has the greatest potential for helping humanity because all ages and abilities can learn it. The revitalization and rejuvenation experienced by the body, mind and spirit can be profound.

My experience with Tai Chi Gung has changed my life in many ways. I have learned that my mind is my rudder and controls which way life goes. I have learned that it is my responsibility to empower my mind, my spirit and my body. Tai Chi Gung has moved me from a victimhood mentality where outside forces are controlling my life and I have no ‘say’ in what happens, to a life of empowerment where I  create my life as I want to live it. 

I sleep through the night without interruption. I have less anxiety and fear. I have more faith and a stronger connection to the Creator. I trust my decisions and my intuition. I see more miracles and synchronicity in my life. I feel more vitality and energy in my body with a stronger connection to my body.  My legs are stronger and I take action more quickly. I accomplish more every day and am not afraid to make decisions. I am happier, more peaceful and know what my life purpose is. I have an increase in positive energy and stamina with an enhanced ability to focus. I no longer believe that we decline and decay as we age. 

I am more Self-Realized which means I love myself and anchor God within me. I see my value to the world. I am able to discover my purpose and fulfill it. During Tai Chi Gung practice, I feel the chi or energy flow through my body which is God’s love. Some call this energy the Holy Spirit flowing through us. I have become more ‘servant minded’ and am learning to fall in love with God’s creations and other people. I am learning to grow from ‘Grace to Grace’ as Jesus did, as Jesus used these very methods to master his ability to achieve his destiny. The Tai Chi Gung exercises don’t change. They are precise and done in a specific order for 3300 years. But every time I do the exercises I change. I have learned to connect with nature and my energy body through breathing, concentration and movement. This opens a direct channel to God. Tai Chi Gung unites body, mind, and spirit.  This is how I find inner peace and happiness. I plan to live a long time so I have the time to figure out God’s Will and God’s Ways to live an amazingly inspired life full of joy and happiness.
